Refund Policy

All CODED products are made to order. Because each item is custom-printed specifically for your order, all sales are final except in the cases outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at codedmousepads@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A photo of the shipping label/packaging (if damage appears shipping-related)

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement of the same item. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged/defective claims — a replacement is our sole remedy.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be honored.

No Returns for Buyer's Remorse

Because every mousepad is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Not liking the design in person
  • Any reason other than a manufacturing defect

Please review size charts and product photos carefully before ordering.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, we are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. Please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us.

If a package is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days), contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier. Resolution depends on the carrier's findings and may take up to 30 days.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable due to their custom, made-to-order nature. This policy is in place because each product is printed specifically for your order and cannot be resold.
