Free Shipping

All orders ship free within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Production Time

Every CODED mousepad is made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. This is separate from shipping transit time.

We do not offer expedited production. Production times may be longer during high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, new launches) — any such delays will be noted at checkout when applicable.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, standard delivery within the continental US typically takes 5-10 business days. Total time from order to delivery is generally 7-15 business days, factoring in both production and transit.

Shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers and fulfillment partners, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our facility.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. International transit times vary by destination and can take 2-4 weeks.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us at codedmousepads@gmail.com and we will look into it with the carrier.
